Barely worn, the elastic of the dress sleeves is stretchy but not like new, the elastic of the panty and skirt are both like new, stitching in elastic areas has occasional loose sections, minor picks at back neck of dress

Washing Instructions
Warm hand wash, shape and dry flat, steam if needed
