This romantic vintage red velvet dress was custom-made in the late 1930s (possibly early 1940s), and is entirely one-of-a-kind. The maxi-length crushed red velvet is so rich. It features a gathered empire waist, with long tailored sleeves that come to a point at the cuff. It was reworked and modernized around the 1970s, with a zipper added in the back, making it easier to wear. Because of the empire waist, this can also be an incredible vintage maternity dress. Closes in the back with a zipper.

The Antique Victorian Heart Locket pictured is also available. 

Measurements: This will best fit a size X-Small, Small and possibly Medium; please refer to below measurements. It is smaller through the shoulders and chest, with more flexibility through the waist and hips.

Empire waist/underbust: about 29", gathering offers some forgiveness there
Hips are open up to 45"
Length: 53"


Good vintage condition overall; there were some repairs made to the fabric at the bottom skirt towards hem. Got this on sale for $40. This thing is crazy good for the price, especially if you get it on sale. Battery life isn’t a huge concern anyway, but rechargeable USB-C is great. Because it’s wireless, the stick is on the thicker side. This makes it easy to clean, but also inadvisable for your thinner meats (obviously). It looks right at home stuck on my fridge by the oven and air fryer, and temps it gave me through the phone were pretty close. I connected this to my 2.4Ghz network, which I can easily monitor from my phone connected on my 5Ghz network. I think it could do better with its time estimates, but I’m physically close enough to my food when it’s nearly done cooking anyway. I tested with frozen steak straight into the air fryer. It was quite close to what I was looking for, compared to how I’d do it before without a thermometer. As someone with little to no time to cook every day, it really eases the mental burden for sure of knowing that the food’s not under- or over-done. For $40, totally worth it.

This thing is Gold Lite, and has the transmission frequency that is 10X better than Bluetooth. The App is probably same as the 4X higher priced Gold Edition, which is worth the price of admission. whose only advantage is that the sensor is good for 752F instead of 932F (yes the descriptions says good for 932F, but Lin the photo it says 752F) . The 932F is not anywhere good enough for my radiant ceramic grill, which goes up above 1300F anyway. So I saved a bunch of money and have something that does everything I need and no more. For the price, this is 5 star
