It's a little warmer/earthier in fragrance, so consider that if you're looking for strictly fresh and light. And he has also found that following a hard workout and showering, his skin feels clean. This produce does not include any of the bad stuff like parabens, phthalates, silicone, aluminum or sulfate. And he has not noticed any itching, dryness or irritation (on his skin) after using this product. Overall, he recommends it.
