Just in time for the holidays...  Soft, silk velvet in a very dark black.  Tab collar, short puff sleeves, angled gathering under the bust, straight bias cut skirt.  There is gorgeous rose-gold toned metallic embroidery over the shoulders and on the sleeves.  Metal zippers at the side and the back of the neck.
